In Portugal and Spain, tinned fish goes on the table to be shared. A tin of sardines, some bread and a glass, and the conversation starts on its own.
The box belongs on the julbord next to the herring. It's just as good with drinks when friends come round, or on a quiet evening just for yourself.
How to serve: open the tins and put out bread, a lemon and something to drink. That's it.

Terms and delivery
- Minimum order: 5 gifts. Boxes can be mixed.
- Volume discount: 3% from 10 gifts, 5% from 20 gifts.
- Logo card included in every box.
- Delivery to one address: no shipping cost.
- Delivery to each recipient: 69 kr per recipient, with PostNord within Sweden.
- Last order date: Friday 4 December 2026.
- Delivered by 18 December 2026 for orders received in time.
- Need them by a set date? For a Christmas party or the last day before the holidays, order earlier and tell us the date.
- Prices are our regular prices including VAT.
What we need from you
- Company name, contact person and phone number
- Which boxes you'd like and how many of each
- Delivery: everything to one address, or to each recipient
- For delivery to each recipient: an Excel or CSV file with name, address, postcode, town and phone number. PostNord uses the phone number to tell each recipient about the parcel.
- Your logo (ideally PDF, SVG or high-resolution PNG) and the text for the card
- Billing details: company registration number (organisationsnummer), billing address and any reference or purchase order number
- Preferred delivery date

Questions about corporate gifts
How much can an employee Christmas gift cost in 2026?
A Christmas gift to employees is tax-free if its value doesn't exceed 600 kr including VAT for the 2026 income year, according to Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency). If the gift costs more, the whole value becomes taxable, not just the part above the limit. All gift boxes on this page cost less than 600 kr including VAT. Skatteverket on gifts to employees
Does shipping count towards the value of a Christmas gift?
No. According to Skatteverket, the employer's costs for administration and transport of the gifts don't count towards the value of the gift.
Are Christmas gifts to clients tax-deductible?
Usually not. Christmas gifts to clients and business contacts follow different rules from gifts to employees and are normally not deductible, although a simple promotional gift can be in some cases. Ask your accountant what applies to you.
Why give tinned fish as a Christmas gift?
Because it's made to be opened and shared. A gift box of sardines, mackerel or tuna becomes part of the Christmas table or drinks with friends and family, and it keeps at room temperature until the moment comes.
How do you serve tinned fish?
Open the tins and put out bread, a lemon and something to drink. The fish is eaten straight from the tin, ideally at room temperature.
How many gifts do we need to order?
At least 5 gifts per order. You can mix different gift boxes, and the volume discount is based on the total number.
Do you offer a volume discount on corporate gifts?
Yes. You get 3% off from 10 gifts and 5% off from 20 gifts.
Can we have our logo in the gift box?
Yes. We put a printed card with your logo and your greeting in every box, and the card is included at no extra cost.
Can you send the gifts directly to each employee's home?
Yes. We ship with PostNord to each recipient in Sweden for 69 kr per recipient, or everything to one address at no shipping cost.
What is the last order date for employee Christmas gifts?
The last order date for Christmas 2026 is Friday 4 December 2026, and the gifts are delivered by 18 December 2026. If you need them by a set date, for example for a Christmas party, order earlier and tell us the date, and we'll plan the delivery around it.
How long does tinned fish keep?
A long time. Tinned fish is stored at room temperature and needs no fridge, and the best-before date is printed on every tin.
How do we order corporate gifts from Toasté?
Send us a request with the form on this page, or email info@toastise.com, with which boxes and how many you'd like, the delivery method, your logo and card text, billing details and your preferred delivery date. We confirm quantities, price and delivery before the order is final.
Do the gift boxes contain allergens?
Yes. All boxes contain fish, and some also contain molluscs or other allergens. Contents and allergens are listed on each product page.
We need fewer than 5 gifts. Is that possible?
Yes. The whole range is available online, and all gift boxes can be ordered directly in the shop.
Can we get a box that isn't listed here?
Yes. We can put together a box just for you. Tell us what you have in mind and your budget per person, and we'll keep it under 600 kr if it's for employees.
