Maria Organic's tuna is canned on Portugal's Atlantic coast by the traditional pre-cooked method, using fresh fish caught in season.

Wrap the fillets in a warm flatbread with rocket and soft cheese, or flake them over a green salad and finish with a drizzle of your best olive oil.
